  • How can I be accurately assessed if my appointment is online?
Many medical conditions can be managed safely through an online clinic. These including routine health reviews, lifestyle advice, and the long term management of chronic conditions. More complex issues may need in-person care, but our service offers convenience by allowing you to consult with experts from the comfort of your home. Blood tests and investigations are arranged through local labs, home testing kits, and phlebotomy visit to your home. This ensures you get the care you need without traveling. We ensure your care is safe and appropriate, referring you for in-person services when necessary.
  • Where do I get my medications?
For prescription medications we have partnered with two online pharmacies – Pharmacierge and Somer Pharmacy to deliver medication right to your door. We can provide private prescriptions to be dispensed by an alternative pharmacy if this is your preference.
  • Are there any added hidden costs?
Our costs are fully transparent, we ensure all fees are provided upfront before any treatment begins. This is in line with UK GMC guidance, requiring healthcare providers to be clear about the cost of any service. We maintain honest, open communication, so you’ll never face unexpected charges or hidden fees or during your care with us.
  • Do I need a referral from my doctor?
No referral from a doctor or medical professional is required for you to be seen in our clinic. Patients can self-refer based on their personal goals and health needs. You can take control of your health and access our services directly, without a GP consultation first.
  • Do you sell your own brand of supplements that will make me live forever?
The reality is that most supplements with a good evidence base are available in cheap generic forms and do not require expensive subscriptions. Generally - unless your blood tests suggest a true deficiency - supplements have a very small benefit.
  • I have already had blood tests or relevant medical investigations carried out, will these be taken into consideration?
Past investigations and blood tests that have been performed before joining our clinic are an essential part of our initial assessment. However, to ensure an accurate and comprehensive evaluation, we may need to take additional or repeat tests. This allows us to provide the best personalised and effective care with up-to-date information.
  • Can I Trust Healthspan Clinics?
All our doctors are fully registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) and every member of staff has DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks. UK health providers are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), ensuring high standards of care.
